Logistics Coordinator – West Region (Urgent Hiring)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator for our West region to support daily logistics, shipment coordination, customer service, and warehouse activities. You will manage inbound and outbound shipments, prepare import/export documentation, and ensure accurate inventory records while collaborating with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service support via phone and email.
• Coordinate daily incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare shipping, import/export, and related logistics documentation.
• Handle invoicing after shipment completion.
• Monitor shipment clearance and delivery status.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, subcontractors, and customers.
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams.
• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure operational activities meet KPIs and service standards.
• Collaborate with Finance and other internal departments for order fulfilment.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, freight forwarding, shipping or import/export is an advantage.
• Experience in shipment coordination and documentation preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with good organisational and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
