Logistics Executive / Coordinator – Singapore, SGD 2,600‑4,000

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Executive/Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end import and export operations in Singapore’s centre area. The role involves handling air and sea shipments, customs clearance, client liaison and billing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end air and sea import/export operations (FCL/LCL), including carrier bookings, cargo tracking and site delivery arrangements.
• Prepare, audit and issue shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists and trade permits, and oversee Singapore Customs clearance.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, ocean carriers, airlines, hauliers and customs brokers, providing timely updates and ensuring smooth cargo clearance.
• Calculate shipping costs, issue customer invoices, verify vendor rate sheets and prepare competitive shipping quotes.
• Resolve operational delays, shipment discrepancies or customs holds efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations, international trade safety standards and internal operating procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
• Responsible, well‑organised and able to manage tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
