Logistics Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Executive to lead daily warehouse operations and local distribution logistics. The role serves as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and ensuring a seamless supply chain flow.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations and local distribution logistics, acting as the primary point of contact for operational troubleshooting.
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular physical audits and stock takes.
• Enforce 8S workplace organization and strict facility safety protocols.
• Oversee end‑to‑end Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) workflows and generate compliant shipping and export documentation.
• Audit and process vendor invoices and supplier payments in line with company financial policies.
• Enforce adherence to internal operating policies and QHSE benchmarks, performing periodic compliance checks and risk assessments.
• Own core operational KPIs, analyze supply‑chain metrics, and produce data‑driven management reports.
• Execute ad‑hoc logistics assignments, continuous‑improvement projects, and operational initiatives as directed by leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, distribution management, or supply‑chain execution.
• Systematic, process‑oriented thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a structured approach to resolving operational bottlenecks.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to coordinate across cross‑functional departments, external suppliers, and logistics partners.
