Logistics Officer – Changi

About the role

The Logistics Officer supports the client’s non‑core supply processing functions at the Changi site. Working closely with the Logistics Supervisor and Project Manager, the role ensures smooth, safe, and compliant daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling and deploying manpower to meet project requirements.
• Support daily site operations, maintain safety standards and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage warehouse activities, including inventory control, stock management, loading/unloading and stuffing/unstuffing of stores.
• Provide logistics support for events, exhibitions and contractor movements.
• Assist procurement processing, verify and track materials, and maintain material master data in the Authority’s IT systems.
• Prepare monthly management and audit reports, conduct stock‑taking and maintain unit store records.
• Deliver administrative support such as document scanning, data compilation and conference facility management.

Required profile

• Security clearance up to CAT 2A.
• Minimum ITE certification or equivalent.
• Medically fit for the duties described.
• Preferably three years of experience in supply chain or logistics management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with procurement IT systems, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of stock management and inventory control.
