Logistics Officer – Changi Site

About the role

The Logistics Officer supports the client’s non‑core supply processing functions at the Changi site. Working closely with the Logistics Supervisor and Project Manager, the role ensures smooth, safe, and compliant daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and deploying manpower to meet project requirements.
• Support daily site operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure quality service delivery.
• Manage warehouse activities, including inventory control, stock management, and loading/unloading of items.
• Handle event setup, manual labour tasks, and ushering/ marshalling works under supervision.
• Support procurement processes, verify and track materials, and maintain material master data in the Authority’s IT systems.
• Prepare monthly management and audit reports, conduct stocktaking, and manage unit store records.
• Provide administrative support such as document scanning, data compilation, and office material movement.
• Escort contractors within the base, assist with conference facility management, and perform other operational duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Security clearance up to CAT 2A.
• Minimum ITE certification or equivalent.
• Medically fit for the duties described.
• Preferably three years of experience in supply chain or logistics management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with procurement IT systems such as SAP (preferred).
