Logistics & Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Evac is seeking a reliable and hands‑on Logistics & Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate, timely deliveries. The role combines physical tasks with administrative duties in a fast‑moving, sustainability‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in receiving goods, processing Goods Receipt (PO) in SAP, and updating stock cards.
• Pick, pack, label, and dispatch items while preparing delivery documentation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization according to SOPs.
• Load and unload goods using a reach truck, conduct vehicle checks, and keep accurate vehicle logs.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with the Operations team and report any delays or damages.
• Support monthly stock‑take activities and ensure discrepancies are reported.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience (receiving, picking/packing, inventory).
• Valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean record.
• Physically able to lift and handle cartons.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with SAP or similar tools.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a positive attitude.
