About the role
The Planner will leverage knowledge of manufacturing and supply‑chain processes to analyze, report, and resolve planning activities. You will monitor product schedules, manage demand signals, and ensure smooth material flow through the production cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise daily with sales offices to coordinate shipments and ensure timely order entry.
- Collaborate with Project Management (PM) and Sales on ramp‑up plans for new filter releases and end‑of‑life projects.
- Monitor delivery schedules, customer demand changes, and represent the factory in rescheduling negotiations.
- Work with PM on monthly sales forecasts and projections.
- Visit customers with Sales/PM to understand requirements and manage stock ageing, returns, and credit/debit issues.
- Ensure orders align with SAP bucket splits and mitigate capacity constraints.
- Generate monthly internal reports and proactively schedule review meetings for career development.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in key‑account service or customer service (fulfilment/logistics) within the electronics sector.
- Strong analytical ability, independent work style, and capacity to handle stressful environments.
- Resourceful with excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage demanding customers.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP for order and inventory management.
