About the role

We are seeking a seasoned customer‑service leader to drive premium experiences in a luxury retail setting. The role blends hospitality expertise with retail operations, overseeing a team that delivers personalised service at Marina Bay Sands.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences in a luxury retail environment.
• Supervise and support the customer‑service team, maintaining high service standards.
• Handle feedback, enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring effective service recovery.
• Lead by example in grooming, communication and customer engagement.
• Coach and develop team members to continuously improve service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in customer service, premium hospitality or cabin‑crew roles.
• Prior supervisory or team‑leading experience, preferably in luxury or premium settings.
• Strong track record in complaint management and service recovery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional presentation.
