Project Coordinator - Central

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to handle office administration, provide operational support, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on project matters. The role also supports marketing activities and B2B e‑commerce platform management.

Key responsibilities

• Handle office administration and provide operational support.
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
• Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on project matters.
• Support marketing activities including product launches, presentations, and customer workshops.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the company’s offerings.
• Manage B2B e‑commerce platform and build strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Assist in developing sales materials and solution‑based presentations.
• Monitor project timelines, highlight potential delays, and prepare project documentation, reports and trackers.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business or Logistics.
• 2–3 years of experience in shipping documentation, project coordination, project assistance or sales support.
• Familiarity with paper and paper products is advantageous but not essential.
