Maintenance Officer

About the role

The Maintenance Officer is responsible for planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance for a fleet of freezer trucks, office premises and related equipment. The role works closely with drivers, in‑house technicians and external vendors to ensure all assets remain operational and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for freezer trucks, office building and equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with drivers, in‑house technicians and external contractors.
• Maintain accurate servicing and maintenance records.
• Prepare and file GIA reports and handle parking offence appeal requests.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Polytechnic or ITE graduate in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
• Resourceful, able to work independently and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Possess a valid Class 3 (or Class 4) driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, building maintenance and workplace safety.
• Familiarity with CCTV, in‑vehicle camera systems and fleet GPS tracking.
