Maintenance Technician – Junior Executive

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will support a metal components manufacturing plant in Singapore, ensuring that all machinery and production equipment operate reliably and safely. This junior‑executive position offers exposure to a range of industrial assets and the chance to work closely with production and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Repair, adjust, fabricate, and maintain machinery, equipment, and production accessories.
• Train and supervise operators on proper handling of equipment.
• Ensure safe operation and drive continuous performance improvement of all machinery.
• Assist the Production Manager and act as a technical advisor on production‑process issues.
• Participate in quality initiatives, providing engineering solutions.
• Set up and manage new machinery under guidance of technical personnel.
• Provide feedback to Engineering on new machinery performance.
• Plan and ready supporting infrastructure such as power conversion (110 V), air piping, cable routing, and platforms.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in machinery maintenance, production equipment setup, or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial or production machinery.
• Familiarity with U.S.–standard equipment (e.g., 110 V power systems) is an advantage.
• Willingness to work future PM shift (1:30 pm – 11:00 pm).
