Research & Design Engineer – Electronics Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Research & Design Engineer to join our electronics manufacturing team in the East Area of Singapore. You will be involved in the full product development cycle, from concept design through prototype evaluation and production support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new products from initial design to prototype testing.
• Prepare functional specifications and comprehensive engineering documentation.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and firmware design activities.
• Support product redesign initiatives and establish manufacturing standards.
• Conduct prototype testing, generate evaluation reports, and provide technical support for production.
• Assist with parts localization, cost optimisation, and engineering troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in analog or digital electrical hardware design.
• Positive, “can‑do” attitude; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willingness to work a 5‑day week in the Bedok area.
