Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across operational, commercial and corporate functions.
• Support day‑to‑day business operations and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement and business transformation projects.
• Analyse operational data and present recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers and business partners.
• Lead assigned project(s) and deliver measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Human Resources or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Curious, eager to learn and adaptable across different business environments.
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders including production teams, corporate functions, customers and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
