Manager, Account Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Manager, Account Management to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts. You will drive growth, ensure commercial alignment, and build strong relationships with decision‑makers across our customers' organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for assigned accounts, handling commercial, operational, and issue‑resolution matters.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers to expand scope of work and increase revenue.
• Understand and manage commercial agreements, leading negotiations based on internal positions.
• Communicate value delivered through regular business reviews (WBR, MBR, QBR).
• Align customers' business objectives with our commercial goals.
• Maintain deep knowledge of customers' business models, supply chains, and operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional internal and external stakeholders to meet current and future customer needs.
• Extract, analyse, and report on performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Tertiary education in any discipline.
• 4‑6 years of experience in key account management, including at least 2 years in the logistics industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical abilities.
• Proven capability to work collaboratively across functions and build lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and adaptability to shifting priorities.
