About the role
Join Cielo as a Recruiter supporting the Advance Manufacturing account, focusing on blue‑collar hiring. You will act as a brand ambassador, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality recruitment outcomes in a fast‑paced, hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, timelines, and workforce needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, online platforms, and local networks.
- Screen candidates against job criteria and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Track recruitment metrics and activities using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Deliver recruitment results within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to inform hiring decisions.
Required profile
- Approximately 3 + years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment processes independently.
- Comfort handling multiple requisitions in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing and problem‑solving.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
