Manager, Rewards

About the role

Grab’s Rewards team, part of People Operations, is looking for a Manager, Rewards to elevate the company’s compensation and benefits programmes. You will work as an individual contributor, reporting to the Head of Rewards, and help shape a fair, competitive total‑rewards framework across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose gaps in current rewards practices against market benchmarks and business objectives, and drive enhancements.
• Design compensation structures and incentive plans from the ground up, translating ambiguous business problems into defensible reward solutions.
• Own market intelligence by leading participation in compensation and benefits surveys and turning data into actionable positioning recommendations.
• Partner with People Operations to build rewards fluency across the organisation, ensuring leaders and employees understand the rewards philosophy.
• Act as a trusted advisor on base salary, bonuses, equity, and benefits, influencing senior‑level decisions.
• Lead rewards analysis and due‑diligence for M&A and executive compensation, handling high‑stakes, judgement‑heavy work.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in rewards within technology, fintech or high‑growth organisations.
• Proven track record of solving complex compensation challenges and managing organisational change.
• Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated judgement in compensation design.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools applied to rewards practices.
• Advanced analytical and market‑intelligence capabilities.
• Expertise in designing compensation structures, incentive plans, and equity programmes.
