About the role
Join the Holiday Inn Singapore Little India team as a Human Resources Executive, supporting HR programs and providing essential employee assistance in a dynamic hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the HR director and manager with budgeting and expense control for the department.
- Monitor staffing levels and costs, and coordinate recruitment activities including interviews, agency liaison, and online postings.
- Conduct site inspections with schools, manage work‑experience programmes and placement of advertisements.
- Administer performance management, training coordination, orientation and employee counseling.
- Maintain employee records, OH&S case administration and ensure compliance with HR policies and industrial instruments.
Required profile
- Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration with at least 1 year relevant experience (or equivalent combination).
- Knowledge of Singapore labour and employment regulations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written and verbal communication skills.
