Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

Manulife is looking for a Talent Acquisition manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for designated permanent roles across local and regional markets. You will work closely with the Singapore and regional HR teams, using sourcing, networking, referrals, agency collaboration and other methods to build a strong workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment from talent sourcing through offer and onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to define criteria and strategy
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in line with internal policies, compliance and local regulations
• Develop sourcing strategies across Workday, job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals and market mapping
• Screen candidates, run interviews and assessments, verify backgrounds and present qualified candidate slates
• Support campus recruitment, internships and graduate programmes, and build relationships with universities and polytechnics
• Plan and take part in campus events such as career fairs and recruitment talks
• Maintain recruitment records and support employer branding and talent engagement

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience in an in-house corporate Talent Acquisition function and/or recruitment agency
• Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience, including offer management and onboarding
• Experience in local and/or regional recruitment, managing multiple roles and stakeholders
• Campus recruitment, internship or early-career experience is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Good understanding of the insurance or financial services talent landscape is advantageous
