Manufacturing Production Control Engineer / Senior Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Production Control Engineer (Senior Engineer) will coordinate with the fab team to ensure delivery targets are met, set and monitor line performance KPIs, and drive manufacturing operations toward optimal cycle times and output. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional groups to resolve line issues and manage wafer start to maintain line linearity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the team to meet fab delivery requirements.
• Set daily, weekly and monthly line performance KPI targets.
• Drive the manufacturing team to achieve KPIs such as move, cycle time, wafer out and CLIP with clear priorities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve line issues.
• Identify capability gaps versus planned capacity and manage wafer start to maintain line linearity.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in any engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing modules and production control.
• Strong factory knowledge, understanding the relationship between line move, cycle time and customer delivery.
• Proven track record meeting fab delivery KPIs (output, cycle time, OTD, CLIP management).
• Highly driven, motivated, resourceful and a strong team player.
• Excellent communication and data‑analysis abilities.
