Marketing Assistant / Executive – Social Media & Digital

About the role

Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Marketing Assistant/Executive to support digital and social media initiatives. The role combines creative design, campaign execution, and online engagement to strengthen the brand’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for digital and print platforms, including social media posts, brochures, flyers, catalogues, labels, EDMs and other promotional assets.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Manage social media content, scheduling, audience engagement and monitor campaign performance.
• Create graphics, videos and other marketing content using design tools.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support creative concepts and strategy development.
• Maintain website content and product information.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams on branding and promotional initiatives.

Required profile

• At least a Diploma in Marketing, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a marketing or design role.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Canva and CapCut for graphic and video creation.
• Wix website management.
• SEO/SEM knowledge.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
