Marketing Professional (EdTech & AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Professional to drive our brand, demand generation, and growth initiatives within the EdTech and AI training space. The role will shape marketing strategy, execute integrated campaigns, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to accelerate business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Plan, launch, and manage integrated campaigns across digital, social, paid, SEO, email/EDM, and content channels.
• Strengthen brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and engagement.
• Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to optimise ROI.
• Conduct market and competitor research specific to education, training, and EdTech.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and external agencies to ensure cohesive execution.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify and recommend new channels, initiatives, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing within education, training, or EdTech environments.
• Strong understanding of the customer journey, acquisition dynamics, and market landscape.
• Analytical and commercial mindset with ability to link marketing activities to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting and manage multiple initiatives.
