M&E BIM Coordinator

About the role

The M&E BIM Coordinator will support a leading EPC firm in delivering ultra‑clean, sustainable facilities for high‑tech industries across Singapore. This senior position involves creating and managing BIM models throughout all project phases, ensuring design accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop BIM models and drawings for tender, construction, shop, coordination, and as‑built stages.
• Review engineering and architectural designs to verify alignment with project requirements.
• Produce detailed 2D/3D drawings, site plans, layouts, sections, elevations, and technical details.
• Maintain version control of models and drawings, updating them as design revisions occur.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, qualified persons, and subcontractors to meet CAD/BIM standards and support clash detection.
• Perform material take‑offs and support clash resolution during coordination meetings.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certificate in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Hands‑on experience with CAD design and coordination in construction or engineering.
• Strong communication, detail‑oriented approach, and ability to work independently.
