M&E Quantity Surveyor – New Building Projects (Central Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a leading A1 main contractor on new building projects in the central area of Singapore. The role involves managing all quantity surveying activities for mechanical and electrical works, ensuring accurate cost control and timely progress claims.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review subcontract documents, purchase agreements and cost estimates.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and project sites on progress and variation claims.
• Source quotations, perform cost comparisons, negotiate and award contracts.
• Handle variation orders, extension of time (EOT) claims and contractual issues.
• Maintain accurate records of cost estimations and identify potential variations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying, preferably on airport or large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
