Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Supervisor

About the role

The Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Supervisor will lead the execution of M&E works on construction sites, ensuring that all installations follow approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. This role requires close coordination with subcontractors and other trades to deliver high‑quality, compliant work while supporting site safety.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce the M&E schedule in collaboration with the M&E subcontractor and other trades.
• Prepare and arrange all M&E installations according to approved drawings and material specifications.
• Provide on‑site supervision of M&E activities and coordinate inspections with the M&E RTO.
• Ensure work quality meets CONQUAS/QM requirements.
• Support site safety by verifying contractor compliance with safety procedures and requirements.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Departmental Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising mechanical and electrical works on construction projects.
• Familiarity with CONQUAS/QM quality standards and site safety regulations.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage subcontractor performance.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering work to specification.
