About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our ACMV projects in Singapore, handling cost estimation, tender preparation and site coordination. The role involves ensuring quality standards, timely progress and successful commissioning of HVAC equipment.

Key responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, pricing, quantity take‑offs and evaluate project costs.
Participate in tender preparation and submission.
Interpret design drawings and liaise with site managers and consultants.
Plan and implement ACMV installations, supervise subcontractors and ensure schedule adherence.
Conduct equipment start‑up, testing and commissioning, and resolve technical issues on site.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2–3 years of experience in building construction ACMV projects.
Leadership ability to manage subcontractors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Independent and committed work ethic.

Required skills

Cost estimation and quantity take‑off.
Tender preparation.
Drawing interpretation for ACMV systems.
ACMV installation and commissioning.
