Mechanical/ACMV Manager – M&E Contractor

About the role

The Mechanical/ACMV Manager will lead and coordinate mechanical works and services for building construction projects within a well‑established M&E contractor. This senior position involves planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery of mechanical and electrical tasks across multiple sites in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coordinate mechanical works and services for construction projects.
• Plan, develop and monitor work schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, highlighting delays, defects and corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve electrical‑related issues efficiently.
• Report on electrical progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors and clerk‑of‑works.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an M&E contractor.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering or a related discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of local code of practice for design implementation.
