QAQC Manager

About the role

The QAQC Manager will lead and oversee quality assurance and control activities across multiple construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, method statements, and relevant standards. This senior role requires close collaboration with project managers, site engineers, consultants and subcontractors to maintain high construction quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QAQC inspections for structural and architectural works, coordinating MPI, PLT and laboratory testing.
• Review and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, checklists, inspection records and test reports.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits and quality inspections to identify non‑conformities and drive corrective actions.
• Support project teams in preparing for CONQUAS, Quality Mark and BCA Quality Management assessments.
• Maintain comprehensive project quality records, audit plans and documentation for handover.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Management or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of QAQC experience in construction, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong background in structural and architectural works on large‑scale civil or building projects.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction quality standards, BCA requirements, CONQUAS and Quality Mark.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
