About the role
Lead, manage and coordinate Mechanical works and services for building construction projects for a well‑established M&E Contractor (MNC Company). The role is based island‑wide in Singapore and is a full‑time permanent position.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, manage and coordinate Mechanical works and services for building construction projects for a well‑established M&E Contractor (MNC Company).
- Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for M&E works.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an M&E Contractor.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics or relevant engineering discipline.
- Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
