About the role

Lead, manage and coordinate Mechanical works and services for building construction projects for a well‑established M&E Contractor (MNC Company). The role is based island‑wide in Singapore and is a full‑time permanent position.

Key responsibilities

Lead, manage and coordinate Mechanical works and services for building construction projects for a well‑established M&E Contractor (MNC Company).
Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for M&E works.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an M&E Contractor.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics or relevant engineering discipline.
Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
