Media & Digital Assistant

About the role

As a Media & Digital Assistant you will support the Media & Digital function by ensuring high‑quality execution of media campaigns and gathering performance data. You will collaborate closely with regional teams, media agencies, and creative partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with local media and creative agencies to guarantee timely, quality campaign execution.
• Curate and circulate creative assets to agencies, landlords, and media owners.
• Liaise with regional counterparts on campaign discussions and validate creative assets after media plan approval.
• Consolidate documents using HQ templates, such as full‑year media calendars and OOH approval forms.
• Compile launch and post‑campaign reports from agencies and vendors for performance learning.
• Run data reports in Google Analytics and internal dashboards to analyse media performance.
• Coordinate Vietnamese copy translation and proofreading with translation and PR agencies.
• Assist with media‑related administrative tasks, including PO creation, GR processing, and billing reconciliation.

Required profile

• First experience in retail marketing or communications.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and solution‑oriented.
• Strong collaboration skills across departments and with various stakeholders.
