About the role

Join Grab’s dynamic team as a Social Media & Partner Engagement Intern, where you will help craft compelling stories and drive partner actions across multiple digital channels. This full‑time internship runs from August to December 2026 and offers hands‑on experience in content creation, analytics, and community management.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and storyboard engaging content that motivates Grab partners to act.
• Manage end‑to‑end content creation and publishing on various social media platforms, including Facebook Groups.
• Analyze publication performance and recommend actionable improvement plans.
• Plan, schedule, and copywrite posts to maintain a consistent publishing calendar.
• Boost engagement metrics such as subscriptions, likes, follows, and viewership.
• Support the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.

Required profile

• Current university student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, Creative Writing, or Business.
• Experience with data analytics and a strong understanding of social media algorithms.
• Demonstrated experience in photography, videography, and media production.
• Commitment to full‑time work from August to December 2026.
