Medical Sales Representative

About the role

MiRXES, a molecular diagnostic company headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to drive the adoption of its microRNA‑powered diagnostic test kits across healthcare providers. The role focuses on building relationships with clinics, hospitals, and other medical institutions to generate new business and support existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities across private clinics, hospitals, healthcare institutions and retail channels.
• Plan and execute territory strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard and manage distributors and channel partners to expand market reach.
• Maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key stakeholders, implementing engagement plans to enhance brand credibility.
• Organise and deliver Continuing Medical Education (CME) talks, workshops, seminars, roadshows and product launches.
• Provide after‑sales support, address client feedback promptly, and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Conduct market research on competitor products, pricing and positioning, and feed insights into commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Tertiary educated.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in medical sales.
• Experience in KOL management.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional mindset for managing relationships and complaints.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and navigate ambiguity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard software for creating sales presentations and related materials.
