Mental Health Programme Manager

About the role

Montfort Care is seeking a proactive Manager to lead its Mental Health division. The role focuses on developing, implementing and overseeing community‑based mental health programmes that align with organisational goals and community needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver casework, groupwork and community activities following the mental health service framework.
• Monitor and achieve programme KPIs, track performance and report to the Reporting Officer.
• Develop publicity and outreach strategies to boost participation and remove barriers.
• Allocate resources efficiently and ensure budget compliance.
• Provide supervision, mentorship and professional development support to staff.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagements, community outreach events and build partnerships with relevant agencies.
