Supervisor – Reflexology Services

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our reflexology treatment rooms across Singapore. You will ensure a clean, organized environment while delivering high‑quality massage services to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked treatment room and set up workstations for each shift.
• Assist in keeping linens clean and replace them between sessions as needed.
• Sterilize equipment and uphold hygiene and health‑safety standards.
• Document and maintain accurate client files.
• Respond to client inquiries, needs, and expectations promptly.
• Accompany guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Consult with clients to recommend appropriate massage services and provide those services as outlined in the brochure.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
