MEP BIM Coordinator – 2 Year Contract

About the role

We are looking for a proactive MEP BIM Coordinator to join our team on a two‑year contract. You will be responsible for creating, managing and quality‑checking BIM content across civil, structural, architectural and M&E disciplines to support project delivery, 4D simulation and 5D cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Create BIM content and production documents for design, documentation and fabrication.
• Perform QA/QC on BIM models from modellers and consultants to ensure compliance with VDC/IDD standards.
• Interpret engineering drawings, update RFIs and ensure design intent is accurately reflected.
• Develop BIM models with correct parameters and attributes for 4D and 5D simulations.
• Identify and report discrepancies during design production to BIM engineers.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve project outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of full BIM experience, preferably with A1 main contractors or independent consultants.
• Higher Nitec in Architectural Technology or Structural Engineering, or Diploma/Degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering, or BIM.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Microsoft Office for documentation.
• Basic knowledge of Dynamo and Civil3D for model enhancement.
• Understanding of BIM processes, 4D simulation and 5D cost management.
