Murex Collateral Lead

About the role

The bank is seeking an experienced Murex Collateral Lead to support its treasury division across Singapore and regional markets. You will design, configure, and optimise Murex solutions while collaborating with operations, treasury, risk and finance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure Murex collateral solutions.
• Analyse, accept and document business requirements from Operations, Treasury, Risk and Finance.
• Conduct workshops, prepare requirement specifications and user stories.
• Partner with test teams to review test cases, analyse defects and provide configuration advice.
• Support solution design, gap analysis and upgrades for Murex implementations.
• Analyse margin calls, dispute management, collateral substitution and optimisation processes.
• Coordinate defect management and issue resolution.

Required profile

• 8+ years of business analysis experience.
• Hands‑on exposure to Murex Collateral and back‑office processing.
• Experience with Initial Margin (IM) and Variation Margin (VM) lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of asset classes such as IRD, FI, Credit and FX.
• Background in financial markets technology from a risk or treasury perspective.
• Proven experience in Murex implementation, upgrade or migration projects.
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging (MT/MX formats).
