Night Shift Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive will support RushOwl’s Singapore operations, ensuring that our AI‑driven mobility services run smoothly during the night shift. You will act as the behind‑the‑scenes coordinator, linking drivers, vehicles and passengers to deliver reliable, sustainable transport.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in area planning and resource deployment to meet nightly trip fulfillment targets.
• Coordinate with vehicle owners and drivers to guarantee satisfactory service levels.
• Execute and iterate project implementations, addressing issues quickly to keep operations on track.
• Document all operational data and case studies promptly for future analysis.
• Conduct detailed transportation analysis, considering service levels, constraints and time windows.

Required profile

• Independent, data‑driven self‑starter capable of handling multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Open, articulate communicator who can provide sincere feedback to senior management.
• Receptive to feedback and eager to learn and improve.
• Creative thinker who can devise out‑of‑the‑box solutions to operational challenges.
