Onsite Service Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Onsite Service Technician to join our team. You will install, repair, and troubleshoot a range of Prism products at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software problems.
• Repair or replace faulty components on‑site.
• Maintain detailed service records, repair logs, and equipment inventory.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience as a refrigerator, ceiling‑fan, television, or monitor onsite technician or similar role.
• Familiarity with electrical and Android systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Valid Class 3/3A driver’s licence (Singapore).
