Operations Associate - Entry Level

About the role

Fuku is looking for an entry-level Operations Associate in Singapore. No prior work experience is required, and the role suits fresh graduates and career switchers. You will support member onboarding, coordinate shifts and help clients meet their staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new members through registration and onboarding, including job requirements, payments and benefits
• Speak with members to understand their skills, availability, salary expectations and suitability for roles
• Use the automated matching system to match members with job openings
• Coordinate shift schedules, confirmations and replacements, and monitor attendance while resolving shift or deployment issues
• Maintain accurate member records and follow up with members about opportunities
• Support recruitment through social media job postings, referrals, calls, networking and job fairs
• Understand clients' staffing requirements, schedules and job needs, and act as a point of contact for requests, feedback and day-to-day issues
• Visit client offices and work sites to understand their operations and maintain service standards

Required profile

• No prior work experience required; fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome
• Clear communication skills and confidence speaking by phone and in person
• Good organisation skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Dependable, service-oriented approach and motivation to meet targets
• Flexibility to respond when schedules change and to visit client offices and sites

You may need to be reachable by phone after hours when required and to work weekends when needed. You will have two rest days each week, scheduled around operational needs.
