Operations Collection Executive

About the role

Experian, a global data and technology company, is hiring an Operations Collection Executive in Singapore. The role focuses on keeping collection operations efficient, meeting service-level commitments to customers and supporting system processes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed operational efficiency targets such as utilization percentage.
• Meet SLA commitments on delivery turnaround time and quality.
• Ensure new cases assigned by clients are uploaded accurately and on time into the collection system.
• Monitor auto-buy and integration programs, handle exceptions including manual buys and data updates, and liaise with external vendors and the internal technical team to fix integration issues.
• Give regular feedback to the manager on system and process issues affecting delivery speed and quality.
• Suggest process improvements and automation, and collaborate with internal and external teams on system enhancements.
• Support system enhancements, user acceptance tests and business continuity plans, sometimes outside normal working hours.
• Handle correspondence, dispatch outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail and documents to the collection team.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports, and take on other operations-related tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of administration experience; fresh graduates with a positive attitude may be considered.
• Diploma or degree in business or a relevant field.
• Meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking and effective communication.
• Strong initiative, able to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
