Operations Director

About the role

The Operations Director will lead all operational aspects of Black Sheep Restaurants in Singapore, shaping strategy, driving performance and ensuring profitability across the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operations with passion, integrity and knowledge while promoting core principles.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet business objectives.
• Manage operational budgets to ensure financial success and profitability.
• Oversee and develop a team of Operational Leads, ensuring they are motivated and trained.
• Provide resources and support to operational teams to meet targets.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences and world‑class service on the front lines.
• Act as brand ambassador, building relationships across the Black Sheep community.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and legal protocols.
• Analyse performance data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on hospitality industry trends to maintain competitive position.
