Operations Engineering Associate - 2-Year Graduate Programme

About the role

RTX's 2-Year Operations Engineering Graduate Development Programme builds the next generation of aerospace manufacturing talent. It starts with immersive shopfloor operational experience before moving into engineering and cross-functional exposure, supporting the transformation towards advanced manufacturing and Factory of the Future capabilities in Singapore. The programme is onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in daily manufacturing and production operations and support shopfloor problem-solving
• Analyse manufacturing data and operational performance trends
• Take part in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
• Work with cross-functional teams on quality, delivery, process optimization and digital manufacturing projects
• Apply CORE operating system principles and drive operational discipline in safety, quality, delivery and productivity
• Present project updates, findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of working experience
• Strong interest in aerospace manufacturing and operations
• Willingness to work in a hands-on shopfloor manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and learning agility capability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork and growth mindset
