Operations Executive (Part‑Time)

About the role

The Operations Executive will oversee day‑to‑day clinic activities, ensuring service standards and patient satisfaction are consistently met. This part‑time position supports the delivery of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services within a fast‑moving healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement clinic service SOPs and continuously improve patient service quality.
• Execute the process of providing TCM services across the company.
• Liaise with clinic managers to monitor overall management and track performance.
• Ensure smooth running of clinic operations and handle incident resolution.
• Manage clinic assistant matters, including roster, schedule, conduct and performance.
• Plan and execute referral schemes with healthcare partners.
• Address and communicate complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned according to business needs.

Required profile

• Experience in TCM, spa, western clinic, aesthetic or a related field.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Customer‑service orientation with effective communication skills.
