Operations Management Specialist – Cloud & Windows Server

About the role

Lenovo is looking for an Operations Management Specialist to support its global cloud and Windows Server infrastructure. You will work with AWS services and Wintel environments to ensure reliable, secure, and well‑monitored operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Manage AWS resources such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
• Implement patch management, monitoring, and ITIL‑based processes.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, AWS CLI, and optionally Python.
• Support hybrid cloud integrations, including on‑premises AD with AWS.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to improve infrastructure‑as‑code practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services and Wintel administration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, patch management, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Relevant AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect – Associate) is a plus.
