Operations Manager – Location-Based Entertainment

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Operations Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale, immersive attractions worldwide. You will work closely with designers, licensors, technical specialists, vendors, contractors and clients to turn creative concepts into operational reality.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of location‑based entertainment projects from design through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, licensors, designers, consultants, contractors and specialist vendors to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Develop and track project plans, milestones, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Support procurement, fabrication, logistics and deployment of attractions, exhibits and specialist systems.
• Participate in factory inspections, site coordination, testing, commissioning and project handover activities.
• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Travel internationally to support installations, site execution, testing and launch activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Design, Architecture, Events Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project management, operations or related roles within attractions, immersive experiences, exhibitions, fit‑out or themed entertainment.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi‑stakeholder projects involving vendors and contractors.
• Experience with site execution, installation and operational readiness is advantageous.
