Construction Site HR Administrator (Changi)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Construction Site HR Administrator to support daily HR and administrative functions at our Changi project site. The role involves managing employee records, coordinating accommodation, and ensuring smooth on‑site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee attendance, manpower records, and on‑site documentation.
• Coordinate worker accommodation, welfare matters, and petty‑cash handling.
• Assist with on‑site manpower planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare administrative reports, manage filing systems, and handle general site paperwork.
• Liaise with suppliers, visitors, and project personnel to ensure seamless communication.

Required profile

• GCE O/A Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant construction industry experience, preferably in site administration, HR, or coordination.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and processes.
• Ability to work independently in a construction environment and start immediately or on short notice.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Word and Excel.

What we offer

• Monthly salary SGD 2,800 – 3,500 based on experience.
• Performance/company bonus and 13th‑month salary (AWS).
• Potential accommodation arrangements with salary adjustment.
• Standard work schedule: Mon‑Fri 9 am‑6 pm, Sat 9 am‑1 pm, 6 monthly rest days.
