Operations Manager – Workplace Coffee Solutions

About the role

Kopi Near Me is Singapore’s leading provider of authentic Nanyang coffee through smart coffee technology. As Operations Manager you will own the end‑to‑end strategy, operations and financial performance of the workplace coffee business, reporting directly to the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the Workplace Coffee Solutions unit as an independent business, presenting performance and investment proposals to the founders.
• Monitor commercial and financial KPIs, evaluate business cases, and shape pricing and recurring revenue models.
• Develop scalable operating models for installation, servicing and maintenance, and improve efficiency through process redesign and automation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Product Development and Finance to ensure sustainable growth and excellent customer experience.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer insights into product enhancements and support pilot programmes.
• Apply AI‑enabled tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to analyse data, generate forecasts and support data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level professional with strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional projects and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Interest in coffee, smart vending technology and innovative workplace solutions.
