About the role

Ever Bright Cleaning Maintenance is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and optimise our cleaning and maintenance teams. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, meeting customer expectations, and supporting the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the efficiency of operational processes across cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Participate in strategic planning and goal‑setting for the business.
• Analyse business requirements and customer needs to drive improvements.
• Research and implement methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Monitor and report on department performance metrics.
• Supervise, train and develop employees.
• Provide administrative support to the department.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts, split shifts, and occasional extra hours or weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, service‑focused environment.
