About the role

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage our island‑wide yogurt production in Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily operational results, ensuring standards are met, and supporting the business across all shifts.

Key responsibilities

May be assigned to work night shift.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on operational results.
Create and implement standards while holding staff accountable.
Oversee business operations and ensure timely reporting.

Required profile

Independent and fast learner.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to resolve issues and disputes.
