About the role
MTC Consulting Pte Ltd is looking for a Junior Production Technician (Entry Level) to join its electronics assembly team in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble and inspect electronic components according to work instructions.
- Identify, label, sort and pack components accurately.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S standards.
Required profile
- No experience required; training will be provided.
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands‑on work and 12‑hour monthly rotating shifts.
- Singaporean only.
What we offer
- Basic salary $2200 - $3000, depending on experience.
- Allowances of $450 – $750 per month.
- 15 days annual leave plus annual bonus.
- 4‑day work week with 12‑hour monthly rotating shifts.
